I am a native of Moore County and I know the neighborhoods and communities that comprise the Sandhills area well. My husband Dan and I chose downtown Southern Pines to put down a few roots and raise our two young daughters.
We’ve watched over the last few years, as our little town and really the entire Sandhills area has grown and progressed. After many years of buying and selling property, the time was right to become a licensed agent.
Along with my family, I have been renovating historic homes in the Southern Pines, Pinehurst and Aberdeen areas for more than a decade. Renovation is something I feel passionate about and enjoy tremendously. From conception and design, to trim and polish, I love every stage. I have extensive experience in both the buying and selling portions of real estate transactions and experience in residential rental property management.
In addition to real estate, I also am a student of interior design and I own a housewares and furnishings shop in downtown Southern Pines called, The Estate of Things. It would be absolutely accurate to say that I love everything about a house, from the inside out.
